Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, or credit card payments (via Paypal and Square.  Please make checks out to Oasis Studio. Checks may be mailed to 207 Grand Ave, Lafayette, LA70503.  Payments may be made in person, but please call 337-988-2001 to schedule a meeting time. Online payments may be made via Paypal.

Cancellations

If a party must be cancelled, any payments made minus the deposit will be refunded. If a party must be postponed a $30 rescheduling fee may apply as well as the cost of invitations if they need to be reprinted.  In case of severe weather (hurricanes or tropical storms), parties will be rescheduled at the earliest available date with no additional fee and invitations may be reprinted at a discounted rate.

Attendance

Our party packages are designed for up to 14 guests. No discounts are given if fewer than 14 children attend. Additional guests may attend at an extra fee per child. Maximum number of guests is 20.  Children who are too young or too old to participate in the party activity are not included in the final headcount. There is no limit on the number of adults that may attend

Can Boys Attend?

Boys are more than welcome to attend our princess parties. We have knight and super hero costumes for dress up and a cardboard sword craft.  Most boys also enjoy participating in the party games.

Is outside food allowed?

Yes, we do allow outside food.  Some parents choose to bring a cake in addition to the cupcakes included in the the party package.  Other items such as sandwich and fruit trays, chips and snack foods are allowed but we appreciate if you let us know what we plan to bring so we can set up our tables properly.  No cookie cakes or ice cream, please!
